Design and construction of a wastewater treatment system for a large-scale confectionery plant in My Phuoc 2 IP, Binh Duong.

Context

A large-scale confectionery plant in My Phuoc 2 IP. Wastewater contains oils, sugars, starches and detergents from equipment cleaning, requiring a high-efficiency treatment system.

Client need

Build an 800 m³/day system meeting QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, with treated water reuse for irrigation and cleaning.

Our solution

Oil separation, equalisation tank, MBBR biological treatment with sedimentation and pressure filtration. Water reuse system with fine filtration and chlorine disinfection, recycling 40% of treated water.

Results achieved

Stable operation with 40% water reuse, helping the client save water costs and improve sustainability metrics.
